Join our webinar to find out how you can apply for grant funding for the Mobilising Green Investment call for proposals, within the Brazil-UK PACT (Partnering for Accelerating Climate Transitions) programme.
Organisations with relevant experience in delivering technical assistance and capacity-building projects in the green finance sector are invited to attend our market engagement webinar to find out more about how to apply. Proposals must be led by non-profit organisations, although consortiums with private-sector members are welcome to apply. Government agencies and government departments are not eligible to receive UK PACT funding, but their priorities inform the focus of the call for proposals.
Through consultation with the Government of Brazil, UK PACT has identified key opportunities for mobilising green investment. These will be outlined during the event.
We are looking to award grant funding for projects that will support the Brazilian Government to enhance the reach and effectiveness of green finance in the country. This will include support for financial institutions and/or Federal and State Government Entities with their strategies for low carbon investment.
Projects will be selected through a one-stage open and competitive call for proposals and will receive grants of up to £500,000 per year. It is anticipated that projects will run for up to 24 months.

UK PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) is a unique capacity-building programme. Jointly governed and funded by the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) through the UK's International Climate Finance, it works in partnership with countries with high emissions reduction potential to support them to implement and increase their ambitions for tackling climate change.
