“This project comes at a pivotal moment as Indonesia seeks to enhance its contribution to global climate action strategy. It aims to raise the ambition of Indonesia’s climate action strategy by optimising Parliament’s roles in legislating laws that are responsive to climate change and environmental problems, overseeing policies and scrutinising government budgets to comply with international standards and best practices.”
— Endah Tjahjani Dwirini Retnoastuti, SS, MPhil, Head of Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Bureau, Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI)
